Saii Laguna Phuket Hotel Bang Tao Beach , Bang Tao Beach (Phuket)

My stay at the hotel started off rocky due to some unclear information at check-in, but once that was addressed, the rest of our visit was enjoyable. The beach access and pool area were beautiful, and the dining options were of high quality, although a bit pricey. Overall, while there were some hiccups initially, the service and facilities made for a solid holiday experience.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this resort with our children. The suite we stayed in had an ocean view, and the warm hospitality from the staff really made our visit special. The kids loved the clean beach and the pool area, especially with the waterslide. However, the lounge access was underwhelming, and the service there could definitely improve. Overall, it's a great family-friendly resort, but I wouldn't recommend the lounge package.

I had an overall delightful stay at this hotel, enjoying the stunning beach access and the luxurious amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the food options were generally good. However, I found the Club Lounge experience lacking in child-friendly options and the shower facilities were not up to par. While the grounds are well-kept and the rooms spacious, I believe there’s still room for improvement in some areas.
